Upon obtaining his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio, Dr. Obermyer interned at the Blodgett Memorial Medical Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He then completed his residency at the West Virginia University's Department of Otolaryngology in 1994. From there Dr. Obermyer joined Southeastern Ohio Otolaryngology, where he remained until 2000. He's been on the staff at Port Huron ENT ever since.
Dr. Obermyer is a noted and accomplished surgeon with over 15 years of experience. He is board-certified in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck surgery, and fully licensed in the State of Michigan. He continually expands his knowledge of otolaryngology by attending medical meetings and courses. Dr. Obermyer has had numerous publications over the course of his career and has been involved with several medical presentations.
